Liverpool mum Amelia Christie said Claire House has supported her son Oliver, three, who was born with a heart condition, every step of the way.
She said: “We’ve had some stressful times, like when Oliver needed emergency surgery, but Claire House are always there.
“They’re like family, helping us to make special memories.”
